DecisionForge Academy
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
DecisionForge Academy (“DecisionForge”, “DecisionForge Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an education and professional-development platform operated by 6941001 Canada Inc., operating as XIPE-SEC.
This Privacy Policy applies to DecisionForge Academy and the applications, websites, study tools, certification-preparation products, educational services, and related digital products that we make available under the DecisionForge and DecisionForge Academy brands (collectively, the “Services”).
Individual Services may provide additional privacy notices where their functionality or data practices differ materially from those described here.
1. Our Privacy Approach
DecisionForge Academy is designed to minimize the amount of personal information required to use our Services.
Where practical, study activity, progress, preferences, and related information are stored locally on the user’s device rather than transmitted to DecisionForge.
We do not sell personal information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Depending on the Service you use, DecisionForge applications may store information locally on your device, including:
• Study progress
• Quiz and examination progress
• Practice-session history
• Flashcard confidence ratings
• Saved or difficult questions
• Study schedules
• Target examination dates
• Learning preferences
• Application settings
• Training history
• Locally generated performance information
This information is used to provide learning, progress-tracking, personalization, and study-management features.
Unless a specific Service expressly states otherwise, DecisionForge does not currently operate a cloud synchronization or user-account service for this locally stored study information.
Because locally stored information resides on your device, uninstalling an application, clearing application data, resetting or replacing a device, or certain operating-system actions may permanently remove it.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some DecisionForge Academy Services may require payment or an active subscription.
Purchases and subscriptions offered through third-party application stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store, are processed by those platforms.
Depending on the Service and platform, DecisionForge applications may communicate with the applicable application store to:
• Display available products or subscription plans
• Display localized pricing
• Initiate purchases
• Determine whether a valid purchase or subscription is active
• Restore or recheck an existing purchase or subscription
• Provide access to purchased content or Services
DecisionForge does not receive or store your complete payment-card information when payments are processed through an application store.
Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, billing failures, refunds, receipts, and related transaction information are also subject to the applicable platform’s terms and privacy policies.
4. Information You Provide to Us
You may choose to provide information when contacting DecisionForge Academy, including:
• Name
• Email address
• Support messages
• Product feedback
• Screenshots
• Device or operating-system information
• Information about an application issue
• Suggestions regarding educational content
• Other information you voluntarily provide
We use this information to respond to requests, provide support, investigate problems, improve our Services, maintain content quality, and operate our business.
5. Educational and Study Information
DecisionForge Services may generate information about your interaction with learning material, including results, progress, confidence levels, practice history, or study patterns.
Where this information is stored only on your device, DecisionForge does not receive it.
If a future Service introduces cloud synchronization, accounts, online assessments, artificial-intelligence features, or other functionality requiring information to be transmitted to DecisionForge or a service provider, that Service will provide appropriate disclosure before or when such processing is introduced.
6. Artificial Intelligence Features
Some current or future DecisionForge Academy Services may include artificial-intelligence-assisted educational functionality.
Where an AI-powered feature sends information to a remote service, DecisionForge will provide appropriate disclosure regarding the information transmitted and the purpose for which it is used.
DecisionForge will seek to limit information sent to AI services to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Users should not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive personal, or regulated information into an AI-powered feature unless the Service expressly indicates that doing so is appropriate.
7. Analytics
DecisionForge Academy may use limited analytics in current or future Services to understand application reliability, adoption, usage patterns, or feature performance.
Where analytics are used, we will seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to improve and operate the Service.
We will update this Privacy Policy or provide an app-specific notice if our analytics practices materially change.
8. Advertising
DecisionForge Academy Services do not currently rely on third-party behavioural advertising as part of the core business model.
If advertising is introduced into a particular Service in the future, appropriate disclosures and user choices will be provided as required.
9. Sharing of Information
DecisionForge does not sell personal information.
